We hold regular support sessions online and face-to-face, as well as Yoga and mindfulness classes for members within the South of Scotland.

Yoga & mindfulness

Thanks to funding from the Scottish Government, we are excited to offer our members free yoga and mindfulness classes that focuses on the body and mind. These classes are designed to help manage chronic conditions such as endometriosis.

There are 2 locations available with different dates for all; Dumfries and Selkirk.

Our certified yoga instructor will guide you through a series of poses and breathing exercises that will help you relax and de-stress. The class is suitable for all levels, including beginners who have never tried yoga before.

In addition to the physical benefits of yoga, this class also incorporates mindfulness techniques to help calm the mind and improve mental clarity. Our instructor will guide you through meditation exercises designed to help you focus on the present moment and let go of any distracting thoughts.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. If you don’t have a mat, don’t worry – we have extras that you can borrow.
